Supplier Diversity Program
When clients engage Silverline, they get more than world-class talent. They enter a partnership with a Woman-Owned Small Business certified as a diverse supplier.
Silverline is certified in the Small Business Administration’s Women-Owned Small Business program which enables the agencies to access prime and subcontractor engagements. Silverline is also designated by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business (SWaM) creating contracting opportunities on a state level.
Meaningful innovation is often disruptive. It provokes both excitement and distrust. To overcome this challenge, Silverline’s innovation storytelling combines integrated marketing and authentic communications. We listen, research and understand to fully appreciate the point of view advanced by these groups and develop the right channel strategy and outreach plan. This allows us to come up with the best messaging and master narrative for your needs, backed by insights and analytics to define and measure relevance and storylines.
We are one of the few agencies to employ an agile mindset and project management methodology. Since the industries we cover change hourly, our challenge is in keeping pace to deliver results.
Agile offers the agency a differentiated approach to workflow management through the use of Kanban and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each project is broken down into manageable, iterative parts ensuring collaboration and transparency for all of our clients. Our work is tracked in a visual workflow in our team hive and clients always have a work status.
When we say we’re Agile, we mean it.
