How Can You Improve Your Business Agility? Find Out on Our New Podcast!
Silverline’s “Agile for Communications Marketing” Podcast is Now Available
Our focus as an Agile agency is to adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of our customers while striving to exceed expectations. A few years ago, we were running into growth-related challenges such as process implementation with new team members and on-boarding clients. We knew we needed to respond to change faster and more efficiently, while still creating value for clients. Our agency required increased business agility.
We adopted an Agile mindset and never looked back. The Agile mindset recognizes ideas such as working in small chunks is advantageous, failing fast is okay, continuous improvement is important, and so forth. In our inaugural article on Forbes, Three Steps to Business Transformation Through Agile, you can learn more about our journey and how business agility became our agency mantra.
One of the most important steps along this journey was finding the right Agile coach for our team. To do so, we partnered with Excella, a top Agile technology firm in the DMV area, to improve our focus and help implement an Agile process tailored to fit Silverline’s needs.
We want to share our learnings and insights with you, so we’ve decided to start a podcast series all about business agility and communications. We call it “Agile for Communications Marketing.” In our podcasts, we engage with industry experts about topics such as how to implement or improve your Agile methodologies for communications marketing, finding the right Agile coach, how to get organizational “buy-in”, and much more!
Our first podcast of the series features Chris Tomassian and Mark Grove, two Agile coaches from Excella who have worked closely with our agency to put Agile marketing into action. We’re excited to share their expert thoughts and advice with you!
Each month we will be posting a new episode so come back often, or even better, FOLLOW the podcast to make sure you don’t miss out!
